Is anyone familiar with a method that could get rid of them?On a Sportage GT line, no less!
Nothing has worked so far when I've tried various plastic cleaners.

Giving advice without knowing the'mark' is challenging. Carefully applying heat from a hot air gun can smooth out small blemishes. Problems with colour can be "blended" with the appropriate plastic paint in an instant.

I tried using a heat gun, but I'm still unsure of how hot the plastic should be.The marks resemble scuffs rather than deep scratches.

Has isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) been considered before? It worked wonderfully on biro markings that I had a few years ago.

Perhaps some pictures would be helpful. White spirit is a simple option that you could try. Isopropyl alcohol or methylated spirits can be used to remove the white spirit. Try using a very fine wet and dry sanding sponge or paper with a grit of at least 1000 if the marks have only slightly roughened the plastic.
