Many of you know that I fix a lot of these cars; I just haven't had the resources to tackle anything else recently. All Minis, including brakes and gearboxes, will be serviced at a fixed price starting next month. Top-tier oils, premium parts, etc. are my exclusive choice. Also, I always use LUK kits because they are the best, and I will be adding clutches at a fixed rate according to the car. As part of our standard operating procedure, we always perform a pre-service vehicle inspection to identify and document any problems. We then communicate these findings to the owner through WhatsApp, just as we do with all repairs. We are also committed to being completely forthright with our customers; for example, we will never install a part without first discussing the issue and providing them with a video explaining the findings.
The most important thing to me is getting the job done well and at a fair price. I've been using the same parts for over 20 years, so I know they're good for the money. To keep oil and other supplies cheap, I buy 45 gallons at a time, and my hourly rate is £55,000. I am able to get a lot done in an hour because I am familiar with these cars. Unlike others, I won't get charged for mistakes. I will also keep refreshing engines where petrol engines are smoking and fixing timing chains that are stretched. On diesel cars, I will continue to do fixed-price timing chains. The b48 and b38 engines, with their chains and timing issues, are a real pain, but I intend to provide quotes for all other repairs as well.

As far as we are aware, that service will be first-rate and problem-free at all times. True drag, using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts from a trustworthy vendor, is the way to go these days.
