A rear wheel alignment caused the vehicle to pull to the left.drove straight ahead without swaying to the left after getting the front end adjusted.I had my Ford Mondeo Mk 5 rear-axled, and now the wheel is straight, but the car pulls slightly to the left. Before the alignment, I never had any problems with the pulling.

If the alignment garage can't fix it, you should take it back and try another place.

Hello, he mentioned that he attempted to fix it three times at that garage before handing me the old spec. He then said, "Oh my, it could be your suspension or components, possibly calliper drag or tyres," even though everything is in perfect working order.I emailed the garage's customer service department to request a repeat full wheel alignment by a more experienced technician, ideally the same one who did it the first time.

This is the most recent information I have received from the wheel alignment shop; I will definitely need to take it to a Ford dealership because the first one couldn't get it right.

Appointment set for tomorrow to address the Mondeo Mk 5's notoriously difficult rear wheel alignment, which goes beyond the scope of a regular alignment.

I am inexperienced with these high-tech devices. On the other hand, your camber readings are all over the place and your rear toe appears to be out of spec. With only a one-degree difference from side to side, I would have thought they would be nearly identical. I'm sure that will also make a difference. Every respectable operator will make every effort to ensure that the readings are not only within specification, but also as close to the center of the specs as possible, and as evenly distributed from side to side as possible. If I am mistaken, I am sure someone who is familiar with these machines will correct me. To be completely honest, I'd be down for the chance to try one out for myself.

It seems like the company isn't up to par when it comes to complex vehicles that require more than just a Hunter alignment tool. Ford, on the other hand, requires Ford technicians.

Assuming everything was accurate when measured, meaning we can trust the displayed measurements, the issue with all these places is that they ultimately lead to it being "in spec" (green on the Hunter machine) but uneven, as you now have with the rear camber. As far as I'm aware, there is a severe lack of quality alignment services, and many places will settle for "good enough" when asked.
On the mk5, you can adjust the rear camber up to a certain point (discussed further below). I would recommend trying different wheels on the back to see if that helps, and then finding a place where you can drive straight on a good road to avoid the road's camber, which would pull the car to the left (assuming it's a normal section of road) and maybe give you a hint as to what's wrong. In my opinion, that should be your first step before moving on to other options or returning to the original spot; it will give you something to prove that you are a serious customer.

Got it. They tried to fix my car four times, but each time it was unsuccessful.
