May I enquire, please?
W204 C220 CDI model from the year 2013.

Engine mounting on the passenger side.

I must alter my own.
Is it as simple as it appears?

Elevate the vehicle, detach the under tray to access the upper bolt and essentially the lower one, then support the engine's weight with a jack, unscrew and extract the bolts, allowing the mount to be removed and the new one to be inserted.
Is that accurate?

Am I overlooking something?

It is advisable to complete all three mounts; I typically utilise a bar positioned across the top of the engine for lifting, as jacking on the plastic sump is not feasible.

Indeed, I was contemplating the identical notion... plastic sump.
I have only observed the single engine lift hook located at the front of the unit,
Is there one located at the rear?
I did not actually examine it, however.

Indeed, there is a hook located on the rear, on the passenger side of the engine, adjacent to the bulkhead.

I will examine it later, and if possible, attempt to devise a method for utilising the hoist points and my structural mounting area. If I feel uneasy with the jack positioned beneath the sump...
