Error in Hard Low Mode (MAF) on the G30 530D

You can keep on driving after installing Drivetrain on your 2018 530D Xdrive, which I did a week ago.
Using my own device, I got it to show EGR Insufficient Flow Detected, which was unexpected.
The mechanic I went to said that I could have it removed or replaced.
So I had darkside developments remove it and software map it for me after I purchased an egr delete kit.
The mechanic informed me that the intercooler pipe had cracks and sent me a picture after removing the EGR, but the car was still limpy on midrange.
I hired a mobile mechanic to install the pipe I purchased the following day.
The car remained in hard limp mode (the limp mode became increasingly difficult to overcome due to my prior mistakes) even after this.
According to this mobile mechanic, your prior mechanic who removed the EGR and swirl flap likely overtightened or damaged a bolt in the intake manifold.
I had to have my car towed to the original mechanic today because the limp mode was so aggressive that it was impossible to drive even at 10mph, let alone on an uphill.
He got it to that point, and after realising the bolt needed fixing, he rethreated it.
unfortunately, the vehicle remains in limp mode and displays the MAF Sensor A circuit range/performance code P00BC.
The mechanic advised me to leave the car here until tomorrow when he could install a new sensor, but by then it was too late.
How can I proceed?
Before this MAF error kept popping up on the engine light and this hard limp mode, the car was driving perfectly. The mechanics and recovery guy with his tool didn't notice any other issues.
Additionally, after using my basic OBD2 dongle to check the live parameters, it states that the DPF/GPF soot (normalised trigger for PF Regen) is 100%.
The car is in limp mode, according to AI (Gemini), so I should have them perform a hard ECU reset and reset the DPF soot level.
I need your assistance.
