Fixing Broken Headlights

A friend of mine just informed me that replacing a broken headlight can cost as much as $1500! Could you kindly dispel this rumour for me?

Exactly right.
Someone in our group bought an aftermarket part for a lot less money, but it didn't work with the car's systems, so they're using the original part for the time being (if my memory serves me right).

EVERY AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY IS IDENTICAL.

All of the design headlights, taillights, and indicator assembly lamps are made by Kyoto or Stanley and, yes, you can't change the LEDs inside.

The price of a headlamp assembly can be as high as $2995.00 USD.!!!!!!
