I guess my little one's satellite navigation system has decided it no longer wants to be in England and would rather be in Sweden. Who can blame it? Connecting to Wi-Fi or hotspots is also no longer an option. To make a long story short, after doing some research, I determined that the problem could be caused by a failed battery inside the VCM located under the boot floor. The fact that my VCM (P31489367) is batteryless is a major issue... Help would be greatly appreciated, guys.

Good news: the battery itself can be found for about $30 and is fairly easy to install; I just replaced the VCM battery in mine. Unfortunately, after you do this, you'll need to pay around $200 to have it re-certified at a dealership.

It lacks an internal battery in mine.
