My Ford Galaxy 2.0 TDCI from 2012 is acting up.
I updated the dpf virtualiser. Plus, it's a constant, reliable aid.
With the dpf loop closed, 300%
They informed me, or I discovered, that the PCM was looking at the ECM and how to remove it from the scanner.

After my MK4.5 failed a regen, I continued driving on the highway because we had to be somewhere, and it ran fine, but you need to reset all values to zero. There were three readings, and they were all maxed out.
Following the trip, I drove the car to warm it up, reset all the values to zero, and then I drove away. The DPF kicked in when the soot load readings reached about 80%, the exhaust temperature went over 600ÂșC, the regeneration was complete, and I never had any more problems after that.

Turn everything back to zero. After that, while driving, keep an eye on the exhaust temperature and soot load using an on-board diagnostics (OBDII) device.
Was it a genuine Ford vaporiser? I seem to recall that the aftermarket ones were problematic for some people.

When the vaporiser in my Mk4 facelift Mondeo stopped working, I experienced this. Before it stopped regen, I had to give it a good whirl for around 100 miles. and when I say at a fairly hard pace, I mean at a constant 3000 rpm for about 100 miles. finally became clear. Even after resetting everything, the original DPF wouldn't reset due to the pressure difference across it. After that, it returned to normal, which meant that the soot had burnt out (I had cranked up the revs to blast it out the pipe, and I was really irritated about it).
