Greetings, my Kia Stonic is currently beyond its warranty period; during the last MOT, I noted a persistent notification regarding low tyre pressure on the right passenger side. This has undergone multiple inspections and necessitated inflation on several instances. The MOT expense amounted to £600, as they claimed a bolt needed replacement, which would rectify the problem. It appears that no one else has encountered any issues; additionally, I seek guidance regarding the extended warranty.

What is the tread depth on all tires? Stonic features an indirect TPMS that does not show the pressures of all four tires; thus, if the near side (either front or rear) consistently triggers the warning. It may possess either greater or lesser tread compared to the other tires.
Has this been verified by Kia or an external entity?
Common alternative offenders include the sensor or ring, if the tyre is not the issue.

Greetings, indeed all treads were inspected; they indicated that a bolt needed replacement, which accounted for the £600 MOT fee. I reached out to them once more a few days later and informed them that the identical low tyre pressure alert was appearing. They instructed to inspect all the tires and to pause the button. The procedure was not conducted under warranty, which is the reason I enquired about potential extended warranty guidance from others on the platform. She requires assistance, so I will enquire once more when I bring her in.

Returned to the garage since the issue was not resolved; did Kia fail to address it under warranty?
