Did my air conditioner clutch come undone? According to the 2014 Standards

The air will come out colder or colder for a little while when the air conditioner is turned off, but it stays cold all the time and doesn't get warmer until it suddenly gets warm. Just running the air conditioner for five seconds shouldn't be enough to chill the evaporator. The theory of operation of the air compressor must be located for me.
