The new Audi A3 today was a huge letdown; the interior is noisy and the suspension is terrible. Why did I pay so much for a subpar idential model when I could have my previous 2023 back? It was so much better.

I'm assuming you took the new A3 for a spin since I've never had a brand-new vehicle? The profit margins on these vehicles for secondhand resale are good if they have low mileage, so Audi sales is constantly hounding my coworker who has a Q2 that is three years old with texts and phone calls.
Perhaps the suspension simply requires some time to settle in. Everything is brand new. Also, tyres have an impact.

I thought it was an S3, which is notorious for its rough ride, but is it really an A3?

My new A3 Sportback 1.5 TFSI 150 S Line 5dr Tronic is virtually identical to my old PCH A3, with the exception of the Bose sound system tech pack.

Sure, it could be the tires or the pressure, but I was wondering if there was a change to the A3's suspension in the latest model year because I've heard that some people have had the same issues with the noisier interior ride.

Before we go into suspension, a few basic things: -
What is the recommended wheel size and profile for tires?
Could you please tell me the recommended tyre pressures and confirm that they are properly set?
Isolation and background noise? As previously mentioned, accountants tend to have more authority than designers.

I got home late yesterday, so I haven't checked the tyre pressures yet. It would be foolish to prioritise accountants over designers when it comes to saving money on drive quality. Remove the coloured lights!

I was wondering if the garage had taken the suspension blocks out before delivery. Was previously known!
