My MG is missing as soon as the engine warms up to normal temperature. It has had a new head gasket, new spark plugs, the carburetors have been stripped and new gaskets fitted. I am a female who loves driving this car but I haven't a clue on engines.... I know what I feel and I know what I hear. It's been to the garage three times now and still it persists in misbehaving. Any ideas anyone?

How bad is the misfire and can you tell whether it is always misfiring on the same cylinder ?

My engine misfired a lot when i first got it as i set timing etc to manuf settings. Since i have used a vacuum gauge to set timing the engine is completely changed and performance greatly improved. See https://mgbtips.wordpress.com/2019/11/0 ... uum-gauge/
Hope this helps.
