As a new member figure I'll introduce myself. I live in a little town called Sylva in the Western North Carolina Mountains of the United States. I was a career US Air Force member and lived in Mildenhall, England from 1977 to 1979 (stationed an Lakenheath). Loved the country and the cars. During my time in England I owned a Corvette, Volvo, Mini, Triumph GT-6, Ford Escort and left to come back home with a 914 Porsche. As you can tell, I love cars. I have owned several nice examples of various makes and models during my lifetime and this year decided I wanted an MGB. I found my 1974 about 50 miles away from my home and love it. It is a nice daily driver which is what I wanted since I've owned other cars that were restored to the point I was afraid to drive them. I look forward to learning more about MGB's through this forum and will do my best to contribute anytime I can. Thanks to all who made this forum available.

Hi Chiefe9, you are very welcome and thanks for joining our humble forum. We are looking to hopefully slowly finding more members and helping each other out where possible.
Sounds like you've had some really wonderful cars and may have some great stories to tell. We look forward to any posts you may be able to contribute. All the best!

I'm new too, just joined the forum. I've owned my MGB Roadster 1970 for 12 years now. I want to be able to do more upkeep on it myself so thought I'd join the forum to get some tips from the other guys. My dad has helped me but he has so many classics, I think I thought take care of my own car that I love so much!!!!
Look forward to getting to know you all.
