Not particularly.
I found it a pain to adjust the points and was also experiencing pretty lumpy performance. The Accuspark was just a way of trying to eliminate problems.
I've not had the car running this year but intend making it this winter's project to get it fettled.
Brakes to sort out next!

I changed mine for the Accuspark unit and yes it was that straightforward, albeit fiddly. When i bought the unit i also bought a timing light from the same people - i think there was some sort of bundled deal going on. I can remember using the light, but can't remember whether i needed to adjust the...

Just the one, a 1973 chrome bumper MGB roadster.
Currently SORNed because it needs a new brake master cylinder (i think) and i've not had time this summer to look at it. Other than that it's in generally good working order, it just needs a bit of tarting up here and there.

Nice clean looking forum.
One suggestion - where there's a web link placed within a post, could this be opened in a new window or tab, so that you can just view it and close it rather than have to go 'back' to where you started.
